The Ratpack - Everson Allen (MC) and Lipmaster Mark (DJ) - have been instrumental in the development of dance music since the mid eighties. They were the first DJ and MC duo (which has now become a dance music institution in its own right.) and were pioneers of the "OldSkool" concept and "NuSkool" breaks.

And the self-proclaimed "longest-running DJ and MC team" still play frequently at old skool hardcore nights across the UK.

Their 1992 classic Searchin' For My Rizla (Big Giant) topped the UK dance music charts and since then, they have even been on the books of industry big boys BMG, Sony and EMI. RatPack have now set up their own entity RatPack Music, which is based upon the ethos of promoting talent within their Old and NuSkool repertoire.
